El Mundo De Los Atoles (Olga Cabrera Oropeza)

In Spanish. In this work we will find recipes for traditional and current atoles. More than 80 recipes for atoles with milk, without milk, with corn, with wheat, with fruits, sweet and savory and with various flavors. The author is a traditional Oaxacan cook, who currently has 3 projects in the city of Oaxaca: Tierra del Sol since 2015 is a restaurant of Oaxacan cuisine, Masea, wheat and corn bakery and La atolería since 2021, the 1st establishment of atoles made from corn and native grains in Oaxaca.
