More than 80 recipes for atoles with milk, without milk, with corn, with wheat, with fruits, sweet and savory and with various flavors. The author is a traditional Oaxacan cook, who currently has 3 projects in the city of Oaxaca: Tierra del Sol since 2015 is a restaurant of Oaxacan cuisine, Masea, wheat and corn bakery and La atolería since 2021, the 1st establishment of atoles made from corn and native grains in Oaxaca.
